Pick-up from Your Location in a 4x4 Vehicle:
Your experience begins with a doorstep pickup from your hotel, apartment or home in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman in a clean, air-conditioned 4×4 vehicle.
Your licensed and professional safari guide will greet you with a warm welcome, confirm your itinerary and ensure you’re comfortable. Each vehicle accommodates up to 6 guests, offering a shared or private experience based on your booking.
During the drive from your location to desert (around 45–60 minutes depending on location), enjoy relaxing views of Dubai’s changing landscape—from skyscrapers to open desert roads. Your guide may share fun facts and desert insights to set the tone for what’s to come.
Arrival at Desert
We arrive at the desert base camp—typically at Lahbab, known for its high red dunes. Here, you’ll take a 20–30 minute break while your guide prepares the vehicle for off-road driving by deflating the tires, checking traction and ensuring full safety protocols.
This is also your chance to:
- Upgrade with a quad bike ride or dune buggy experience
- Use restrooms or refresh
- Take your first photos of the desert landscape
Dune Bashing – The Real Desert Thrill
Now comes the most thrilling part of your tour — dune bashing. With the tires deflated and the engine ready, your guide takes you on an off-road ride through the red dunes.
Expect sharp curves, steep descents and high climbs as your vehicle weaves through the sandy terrain. Your guide uses skillful maneuvers to create a fun, fast-paced ride that’s both exciting and safe.

Scenic Photo Stop at the Tallest Dune
We’ll make a stop at one of the highest points in the desert for photography. This is your chance to take stunning shots of the red dunes and capture the incredible silence and beauty of the open desert. The sunset view during evening safaris is especially magical.
Sandboarding down the dunes
Next, try your hand at sandboarding, a fun desert sport where you glide down soft dunes using a board (similar to snowboarding). Your guide will provide the boards and instructions — it’s easy, safe and perfect for all ages. You can try it as many times as you like during the photo stop.
Camel Ride Experience
After arriving at desert camp, enjoy camel ride. This gentle ride allows you to experience how the desert was traditionally explored by nomads and Bedouins.
You’ll also have time for photos with the camel, dressed in traditional saddle gear, against the backdrop of the dunes.
Arrival at Bedouin Style Desert Camp
We then continue to a traditional Bedouin-inspired camp, beautifully set up in the heart of the desert.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive:

- A guided walk around the camp to explore the layout and seating zones
